ALL BOOKINGS-
Please note that we operate a no refunds or transfers policy at the stadium. Any booking made with us is in full, and should the event be cancelled by yourself, with less than 90 days’ notice, no partial or full refund will be given, and transfers are not available.
Our tote facility operates with cash only, and we do not have a cash machine on site.
You must be 18 years old to place a bet or drink alcohol. The Stadium operates a Think 25 policy, if any member of the party is lucky enough to look under 25 years, they will be asked to prove they are over 18 years of age with the appropriate ID.
RESTAURANT- PRICE INCLUDES ENTRY, GENERAL ADMISSION IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ADDED ON TO YOUR BOOKING
Our restaurant is situated on the first floor of the stadium, we do have a stairlift facility for those customers who require it and ask for those bookings requiring it to call the office on 01322 557836.
Most tables in the restaurant are 6s, we do have some limited 8s. Please note, if your booking is for 8 and the 8-seaters are taken, your booking will be split across two tables of 6.
Specific seats cannot be guaranteed, and whilst we try to accommodate to table requests, this isn’t always possible.
TERRIFIC TUESDAY/SUPER SATURDAY/SUPER SUNDAY- PRICE INCLUDES ENTRY, GENERAL ADMISSION IS NOT REQUIRED TO BE ADDED ON TO YOUR BOOKING
Tickets for all three of these bookings will be either collection on the night of your booked event from the turnstiles, or you can collect them in advance from our general office. Only the booker can collect them from the general office.
